A combined celebration for the town of Russell bicentennial, the 150th anniversary of the Russell Methodist Church, and the 50th anniversary of the Russell Volunteer Fire Department will be held July 13-15.

There will be a parade in Russell on July 15 at 6pm, followed by fireworks.
