Fort LaPresentation property

The undersigned hereby agrees to abide by this agreement for the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce’s Fort Fest to be conducted on Saturday, July 15th from 10 am to 4 pm.   The show will be located on the grounds of the Fort LaPresentation property in Ogdensburg. 

Only dealers and workers listed on this contract will be allowed on the premises to load in.  Load in time is Saturday, July 15th from 8 am to 10 am.  Booth will remain open on Saturday, July 15th until 4 pm – unless other arrangements have been made.

The undersigned agrees to release the City of Ogdensburg, the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce and the Fort LaPresentation Association, its employees, and volunteers, free from all liability for any damage, theft, breakage, loss or injury to person or property of the exhibitor, his representative and employees before, during and after the show.

Vendor booth space rental is $55 for non-members and $50 for members.   You are responsible to provide your own canopies, tables and chairs, etc.  This is an outdoor event and vendors will be allowed to drive in to unload but are asked to move their vehicle after unloading. 

Please note:  electricity is NOT available at Fort Fest  – please bring a generator if you will need power.

New York State requires that your NYS Sales Tax number be on display at your booth.All food vendors must have a NYS Health Dept. and/or AG & MKT Certificate.  Copy of the same must be attached to this contract.  NYS Health Dept. 315-386-1040 or AG & MKT 315-487-0852.

Please provide names and driver’s license numbers of ALL workers in the booth.  This is a requirement of the Chief of Police, and your vendor application will not be complete without it.
