The Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department would like to announce that on Sunday, December 23rd, at open Public Skating, there will be two very special guests.

Santa Claus and Frosting the Snowman will be making their appearances at the Lockwood Arena!

They will be making their way around the rink from 2:30-3:30pm to skate with the children.

Open Public Skating has a skate rental program of $1 per pair and the fee for the program is $1 for adults and $.50 for children.
